By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Service Description
Simple Use Software provides a widget-based "use layer" that helps software teams make their products easier for end users to navigate. The Service includes a dashboard for managing projects, AI-powered UX scans, task management, and an embeddable widget.
Account Terms
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
Payment Terms
The Service offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware or harmful code through the widget, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to abuse API rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Use Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
