How it works

One week. Five steps. No homework.

You run your business. We rebuild your website around it. Here's the whole process, day by day.

Day by day

The week, in five steps

  1. Day 1

    We check your site

You get the free report and a custom quote, together at your private portal link.

  2. Day 2

    You pick a design

We build 2 working versions of your homepage. You click through and choose.

  3. Days 3 to 5

    We rebuild every page

Your content moves into the new design. We test speed, phones, and every link.

  4. Day 6

    We measure again

A fresh health report lands side by side with your first one.

  5. Day 7

    You launch

We handle the technical parts. Your address doesn't change, and Google keeps finding you.

Your part

What we need from you

Almost nothing, and we ask for each thing only when it's needed.

Your website address

Day 1. That's all the checkup needs.

Your logo files

Day 2, if you have them. If not, we work from the site.

About 20 minutes

One short call after the quote, so we hear how you talk about your business.

Your domain login

Launch day only. We ask late on purpose, and you can change the password after.

One private link

The portal, up close.

Everything about your project lives at one private address, from the first quote to the final report.

  • Your quote, with exact prices
  • Your design versions, live and clickable
  • Both health reports, side by side
  • Deposit and balance paid securely online
  • Progress notes as the week moves

A picture of the client portal page: your redesign quote with exact prices, your design versions, both health reports, and secure online payment, all at one private link.

After launch

The week ends. The proof stays.

We measure again and hand you both reports. Your visit counter runs cookie-free. If you want monthly care (small changes, updates, fresh reports), your quote lists it as its own line. No surprise subscriptions.

We design for everyone

WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance practices are built into our standard design and development workflow. From initial wireframes to code deployment, our team builds with accessible templates, semantic code structure, and contrast-tested layouts to ensure your new site launches with a strong, highly accessible foundation.

Accessibility isn't an add-on here. It's how we build, and it doubles as SEO best practice: your new site gets redesigned around known search engine standards, on a secure foundation. These include:

  • Contrast-tested colors, checked against WCAG 2.1 AA, so every word stays readable.
  • Clean semantic code (real headings and landmarks) that screen readers and Google both understand.
  • Full keyboard access, with a visible focus ring on every button and link.
  • Written photo descriptions (called alt text) that help blind visitors and your search ranking alike.

About 1 in 4 American adults lives with a disability (CDC). A site they can use is a customer you keep.

Common questions

Before the week starts

What if my site is bigger than a week?
Some sites are. The quote shows your real timeline up front, and the clock only starts once you approve it.
Do I have to be technical?
No. If you can read email and click a link, you can run this whole project.
How much does it cost?
Every site is different, so we quote each job after the free checkup. Exact prices, in writing, at your private portal link.

Start with day 1.

The free checkup is day 1 of the week, whether or not you go further.
